Cancellation & Downgrade Policy

Rain or shine, Totally Tiffany Nails adheres to a strict 24-hour cancellation and downgrade policy for all service appointments. This policy allows us to accommodate the high demand for appointments and guarantees a full day's wage for our licensed nail artists and professional staff. 

If for any reason you miss an appointment, are more than 10 minutes late, or downgrade your service, you will still be responsible for the full-service fee of your originally scheduled appointment. 

No refunds will be given to cancelled or rescheduled bookings with less than 12 hours notice. Same day cancellations, service downgrades, and no-shows will be charged the full-service fee of the original scheduled appointment.

Please note that cancellations can only be made through online booking or by calling the salon where your appointment is scheduled - Windmill location: (702) 888-1198 or Eastern location: (725)777-3700. We DO NOT accept cancellations by email or direct messaging from Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, or Google.

There is a 50% SAME DAY RESECHEDULING FEE. 

By booking an appointment at Totally Tiffany Nails, the client agrees to all terms and conditions of our appointment and cancellation policies.
